21. The School Festival Announcement

Milly does everyone good by relieving war's tension by throwing a huge party at the academy. However, this happy jamboree does not last when a certain highly-held Britannian slips into the scene. Maybe the 12-metre pizza will save the day?


22. Bloodstained Euphie

The Black Knights are in a bind: Euphie's daredevil announcement last episode has rendered a dead-end for the resistance forces, and they begin to lose influence over their supporters. Lelouch's Geass eventually salvages the goal of the group, but at the greatest cost imaginable.


23. With Sorrow at Least

The side effect of Lelouch's Geass has kicked in full-his carelessness resulted in a sad death and pending, all-out destruction. Resistance forces unite with Zero against Cornelia for a one-stand battle. Thus follows the cruel outcome of binding the world to his will.


24. The Collapsing Stage

A growing handful of people are now familiar with Zero's true identity as the Order of the Black Knights gets a head start in the escalating war by capturing the Ashford Academy and the media broadcast station. Everyone is now fighting for revenge and events quickly spiral out of control as the Order tries to punch through the government defences while Lelouch goes after Cornelia.

Lelouch leaves the battlefield to rescue Nannally without realizing that this could mean the end of the Order of the Black Knights. Suzaku and Kallen pursue Zero, who gets locked into an intense skirmish with superhuman Jeremiah. The Emperor's bait is let off his leash to lure out C.C., though Lelouch keeps up his end of scheming and confronts another Geass user.

29. Turn 4: The Scaffold of Counterattack

Perpetually lodged between a rock and a harder place, Lelouch must find a way to set free his Black Knights comrades. With weapons raised, Britannia is prepared to spring on Zero. On a more inconspicuous end, the secret intellignece is tracking down Lelouch's movements. Explosions and fighting ahoy!
